The North Carolina Division of Waste Management notified the public of the issuance of a Draft Administrative Agreement and Badin Lake Sediment Remedial Action Plan for Alcoa Inc., located on State Highway 740 in Badin, North Carolina.
The public hearing was held August 2, 2012 at 6:30 p.m., in the Commissioners Meeting Room, Stanly Commons, 1000 North First Street, Albemarle, North Carolina. Written comments can be sent to the North Carolina Hazardous Waste Section during the public comment period of June 10, 2012 - August 24, 2012.
