There has been lots of feeding activity in the nest all day today. We continue waiting to see of the thrid egg will hatch. Today is the 35 day mark since the last egg was laid back on February 17th. It has been great to see both of the current eaglets active and feeding (and fighting) throughout the day. Interest in the nest is still very high. Today we passed the million "hit" mark for the week. It is wonderful to know so many people are watching and care about the Alcoa eagle family.
feeding again at 3:30 PT, its like a comedy show watching both adults swap the same piece of food back and forth, #2 seems to be just fine.... once the 2 adults stop playing "keep away" with the food !!
