Another good start to the day in the nest at Alcoa. Everyone is up and pushing for position to get fed. The temperature at 7am CDT is about 39 degrees and is expected to jump to the upper 60's today. Be watching this blog tomorrow for details on naming the eaglets for 2012.

Mom just flew off--no doubt perching nearby on a tree, keeping (yes) an eagle eye--leaving a clear view of all three chicks. Number three is certainly holding his/her own with its siblings.
