Cherrycarol

Judith Hart

Carol,
Let me know if this helps you to find it.

Judith Hart

Carol,
If you scroll down there's this.

Mississippi Riverfront Trail Update:

The Mississippi Riverfront Trail is progressing well. The project will connect the Riverfront Trail that ends near the I-74 Bridge now, to the Duck Creek Trail, that ends at State Street in Riverdale near the Alcoa Plant. The nearly 2 mile section of trail, was made possible by a Federal Transportation Enhancement grant of about 1.8 Million dollars. Langman Construction of Rock Island, is the General Contractor, and Missman Stanley Engineering of Bettendorf, completed the design, and is overseeing the construction.

Don

Since residing outside the local area, I've been trying to get a handle on the location of the nest on Google. Would appreciate if you could possibly give a description of the general location with respect to buildings, roads, etc., at the Davenport facility. Thanks in advance.

Cherrycarol

Thanks Judith

Cherrycarol

Don do u know where Ben Butterworth Parkway in Moline is? Or the old IH Harvester Plant? U can stand there & see the tree & nest.. Ihere is a boat ramp there now.

Mavis

10:14 EDT

I haven't seen Liberty or Justice this morning. Or any food drop. Did anyone else notice?

Judith Hart

Don,
I googled this....Start at the Captains Table restaurant, Moline, IL...go north over the river, then right, you will see the Alcoa plant. The nest is next to the river. Where, I don't know...search the trees and there are many.
http://maps.google.com/maps?jsid=2&hl=en&um=1&ie=UTF-8&q=River+Action+Inc&fb=1&cid=0,0,2070381810586656695&near=Davenport,+IA&sa=X&ei=V6fUT_GiGIPz0gGs-9i2Aw&ved=0CAMQkwMwAg

Cherrycarol

Judith I'm going to try to find it. Thanks for your help. Your good at looking up this stuff. Mavis I haven't seen a thing yet.

Cherrycarol

Don when u find old river drive it's straight across. In Moline

Judith Hart

Oh well, the google map I sent Don went somewhere else, I'm sure he'll figure it out.

Nancy Anthony

Whaat's going on? When I checked this AM, one of the birds (I believe it could be Spirit) was just lying in teh nest. The other two were out of the nest. At one point, big sister came back and seemed to be checking little brother out. Then she went awaay.. I came back a little later and one of the birds was on the "Alcoa" branch, blocking my view of the nest. Now, after a pause, one birdis in the nest, looking out, with its back to me. Is Spirit OK. He jusst seemed so listless this morning.

Nancy A

Cherrycarol

Judith u can move it I found alcoa & old river drive.

Cherrycarol

Nancy Spirit is ok Just lonly I think, he needs to get out on a branch like the other 2. And is waiting for food too. Thats my opinion anyway. Carol

Sandy

Does anyone else have sound problems?

Cherrycarol

there is no sound right now. They have been trying to fix it.

Cherrycarol

Judith I didn't no we had a bald eagle reserve here WOW!! Iv'e been past it a thousand times & never knew it was there. Got to check it out.

Cherrycarol

It's really hot today so that is probably why Spirit is laying like this, with open wings trying to stay cool.

Elizabeth Rieder

ET----
gives new meaning to the phrase "Spread Eagle" Spirit? has so far done hovering (I counted 4min.)above nest, standing look out, hopped on the limb, now back in the nest lay all spread out on the floor.Come on little one, you can branch like your siblings now.
No food that I saw, guess Liberty wants him to be lean and mean so he can survive. No little fuzzy head anymore for Justice to feed special bites to,this is the real thing that you were born to do, FLY.God speed.

Judith Hart

Carol, Where is the Bald Eagle Reserve so I can look it up.

ColleenM

ET: At 11:20 am., someone looks very tired and lonely in the nest...:( HOT day.

OT:

In regards to John from Alcoa's morning post, in my opinion, and for whatever it's worth, I think an "off-site" place may be a better choice for those wishing to stay in touch. In all fairness, (and I think everyone is being fair) there probably won't be too awful much regarding the eagles discussed once they are really gone. This blog has an audience of millions, and to be truthful, I counted about 30 "regular" posters.I think a FB. or another venue would be more relaxed for all. As I have mentioned, I "like" 3 FB sites pertinent to some of my interests. The Army set it up very nicely where we have a Battalion page, and an individual "unit" page. I like the "sharing" aspect of FB. As John also noted, this site is NOT monitored...so FB would not be too different. I think John and everyone @ Alcoa is being VERY gracious in allowing us to post on many different topics. But, WE have also said we want to be "fair" to those that don't enjoy the more personal banter...Than, when they come back to nest again, we can jump back to this blog...agree, disagree? Well, had to take a break from the heat, beautiful day here, cool breeze off the lake. Dodging ALLOT of geese, and duck poo!!! LOL

Judith Hart

Carol, is this it?

Fanchon

Good morning all. Just missed the actual food drop but a minute or so ago only one on nest, now one eating, one watching. That fish is not going to last very long! Have a great day!

Cheryl

ColleenM - I totally agree. Mr. John and Alcoa have been tremendously gracious to all of us. As he also pointed out, he will be posting far fewer posts during the off-season and of course said that we are welcome to post our OBSERVATIONS.

I am in favor of a FB group because of the ease of posting, sharing pictures, etc. Everyone is equal and anyone can start a post about whatever. On a blog, the moderator would have to start a post such as Mr. John does.

How about in the next day or so either I will or I believe it was Carol who said she would be willing to start a group on FB. That way those who wanted could try it out and if it doesn't meet our needs we could try something else. I believe J/C recommended this last night. This site will continue to be our base, we will probably come here every day, even in the fall/winter to check to see if L/J are around and if there is any activity and I'm sure we'll post that here and wherever else we are. We can continue to be here as a group until we settle on what's best for everyone. I'm up for whatever, but I think if it's going to be FB or a blog we should get something created so we can take it for a spin. I'm familiar with both so I'm willing to help however I can.

Someone back visiting Spirit, not sure who. Hope M/D come soon with some brunch.

JoAnne

You have done a fine job commenting and giving all of us helpful information on this site.
Thank you!

Fanchon

Hi Cheryl-not to worry-a fish arrived a bit ago--now whoever is still playing with carrying around that last piece of fish was the one who waited patiently until his/her sib ate the first half. when that one had its fill and moved to edge of nest where still sitting a minute ago, then hopped over and claimed the remainder and moved it to left side. very polite kids! so they have had some brunch-course that doesn't mean it isn't time to be thinking about lunch! have a good day.

Greta in Kansas

OT----------

Oh, Mavis! I just read your jet ski story! What a great story! And you are such a great story-teller! Love it.

Cherrycarol

Judith it is close to Port byron right before I-80. sorry I was gone for awhile.

Cherrycarol

I think a facebook account would be the best too. It's easier to post pictures also. I will check it out. What do u want to call it. If we start r own it will only be us on it not 100's of other people.

Cheryl

Mavis - Your stories are priceless! I'm surprised Ron has survived. LOL

Sally - that must have been extremely scary. They must have had faith that you could handle it.

ET- I wonder when they lie there looking over the side of the nest what they are seeing.

Tammy

ColleenM and Cheryl, I feel a special place on FB would be great. I am familiar with it but don't have a clue how to set up a special page, only my own profile.

I'm going to be out of pocket beginning Tuesday for several days, maybe longer. Mavis knows how to reach me but please don't leave me out of the loop. I'm all in.

Greta in Kansas

OT-----------

Oh, Mavis! Now your Krispy Kreme story!! You're putting me into a very good mood with all this laughter.

Judith Hart

It looks like Hope and Spirit huddled together waiting for a fish delivery.

Judie

Could you post how far behind the others this one left in the nest is? I mean hatching? Regrettably, I wasn't here for the first days. Also, I can't seem to load the Yadkin Osprey cam today. Does anyone know if there is a problem there, or perhaps it's my computer. I'll miss these guys when they all fly! Thanks.

Judith Hart

Judie
Faith hatched March 19th....Hope- March 21st
Spirit March 24th. I heard there is a problem on the Osprey Cam.

Judith Hart

Looks like I missed a fish drop. Thought I saw Faith's wing tip lower left corner.

This Afternoon: Sunny, with a high near 89. Breezy, with a south wind around 20 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.

Tonight: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 68. South wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Monday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 86. South wind around 10 mph becoming west. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.

Greta in Kansas

Jodie -- In the very inexpert opinion of many of us, the last one hanging around the nest a lot is Faith, who actually hatched first. There are other opinions about their identity, and to tell the truth, I no longer have a clue as to who's who. ;-)

Greta in Kansas

OT re communication------------

I will add a "second" (actually, more like a "fifth ;-) to the Facebook group idea. And I will also confirm that you can set your FB controls to be very private, but you'd still be able to see & post on the FB group, for those of you who are leery of FB. It would actually be far more private and secure than posting here, if you set it up that way. As someone else said, we can walk you through setting up a FB page if you want. (I don't know how to set up a FB group, myself, though.)

Judith Hart

Hope ate then flew off the nest, Faith left, Spirit right with fish.

Suzanne

To create a FB group go to your home page and on the left hand side there should be a button that says "create a group" under the group section. There should be several options for what kind of group you want including a "closed group" where people need to be "approved" to be part of it...I don't know if that means that others can't see your posts if they're not members but I do believe that in order to post and respond they have to be members

Cherrycarol

Suzanne. a closed group is only for people that on a list or u can add people. I checked it out it's very simple. We can choose an open or closed group. We nee a name. any ideas?? Alcoa eagleholics is my idea. Like one closed group Im in is Illini eagleholics. Only for people in Illinois. Carol We just have to be friends on fb first which I am with some but not all of u. Like Suzane I'm not.

Cherrycarol

I can't get the osprey one either

Cherrycarol

Maybe the other one is in the nest today because It's so windy. Be harder to sit on a branch.

Judith Hart

Carol, What would you put it under

Company, Organization,Institution or entertainment.

Greta in Kansas

All three are on the nest now, at 2:05 Central time. Carol, I think you might be right about the wind making them feel less secure on a branch.

Cherrycarol

Any name we want. I was thinking Alcoa eagleholics. on fb on left bottom it says create a group click on it & u just put in whatever name u want. A friend made one up for "what r u doing today".

Cheryl

Carol - I vote for either the Closed or preferably Secret setting for the group. My idea for the name is Alcoa Eagle Family. I may have seen this in a post here, but I'm not sure who to credit, but that's my choice.

All 3 in the nest when I just looked. Love seeing that now, buds hanging out together.

Cherrycarol

Yes the closed one is good then only the names we put in can get on it. Alcoa Eagle Family is good. I like that too.

Suzanne

Hi Cherrycarol,
I was offering that info about the FB group to be helpful but wasn't thinking you'd want me a part of the group due to all the who-ha that went on before...and since some of you have really formed a particular bond with one another.

I do believe you can keep it to approved members...I belong to a Hat-maker/Milliners group and everybody has to be a hat maker and officially approved...and you don't have to be friends with all the members unless you want to be

RodJ

OT

I'd say set it up as open FB group as a trial, then go from there. If it becomes a problem, shut it down and reopen a closed group. IMIO

Cherrycarol

I AGEE ROD. JUST WAITINF FOR EVERYONE . kIND OF SLOW TODAY BEING A SUNDAY.

Cherrycarol

Suzanne I didnt get into all that hoopla I guess. Just need to get a list going of who wants to be in it. But not too many people here today. But I know a lot that will. One person needs to open it & start adding names. WHO WANTS TO DO IT??

Cherrycarol

DAD BROUGHT FISH.

Sue Pagels

All three babies and either mom or dad in the nest. Nice to see that again. I will miss them when they are gone!

Cheryl

Carol - I will open it, I think I have more free time to set things up. Ok?

John Kinsey

OT++++++++++++++++++++++

Suzanne - Thanks for your suggestions and help re setting up a group page.
As far as I am concerned, you certainly would be welcome to be a part of the group if you so desired. We have had differences of opinions at times - discussed them civily (including you and almost everyone else except for a couple of people who just wanted to stir things up) - reached a tentative conclusion and moved on.I'm sure that everyone was not happy about the results but you can't please all the people all the time. While I did not agree with your initial opinion re the comments section,I did respect that opinion and agreed that you had the right to express it.
And I also appreciate the fact that you did not continue on and belittle those who had a different opinion.
Thanks again for your help. You know and understand now what a caring, crazy and fun
group of Eagle watching YAAAYHOOOS we can be
and we may be a little too wild for your interest but join in if you like.

Maisie

With all three eaglets and Papa in the nest, it's easy to determine the juvenile birds' size relative to that of an adult. Somewhat surprising to me, they're virtually the same size as their dad now!

Re: who wants to be in the "Alcoa Eagle Family" group>>>

When we want bo be "in" (and I do) -what name do we give the administrator - actual(for ID in the group only) - or fictional for screen name purposes and privacy?

John Kinsey

ET=========================

Two in nest - one in nest and one on branch-two in nest and then one did either a long high hover or a quick flight around the nest (just guessing by watching the sibling in nest follow the flight track up and off to the left).
Now both back in nest and one still practicing his wing stretches.

Lucille B

John, Just returned to the computer. Been away too long. High School Class Reunion activities the past two days. Miss "Our Eagles & Eagleholics." Before catching up with the nest activities and the rest of the postings since yesterday morning I had to let you all know that I still want to be considered as a member of the "Alcoa Eagle Family" group. Hope you remember me. I really haven't been gone that long! Have I?
I'll check in later; now to read the posts and look in on the nest. Hope the nest isn't empty!

John Kinsey

OT+++++++++++++++++++++++

Lucille B - of course we remember - who could forget a name like "Lucille B" ?
And you're back just in time - I think we are about to start a list of who wants in pretty soon.Stay tuned.

John Kinsey

ET=================

I paused and when back only one eaglet in nest - didn't see other one leave.

Oma Kyle

Don, if you come back to the site today, please check Judith's second google map post on page #15. There you will find the Captain's Table. Zoom in a bit and then look north across the river to the empty area on the map paralleling the river. Look for the first road that comes down almost to the river before making an L shaped turn to the right. Now go to satelite mode where you will be able to see the buildings around the L. Zoom in until you are able to pick out the tallest tree below the base of the L shaped road...that's the nest tree. Keep going to full zoom and I believe that you will even be able to see the reflection of the cam at highest zoom level.

You may also want to compare this overhead view to the "street view" photos that I took out at the Captain's Table last weekend. Here's that link: http://alcoaeaglewatchers.shutterfly.com/33

Elizabeth Rieder

Think someone got caught in line of fire of a PS.

John Kinsey

ET=====================

Second Eaglet(Sprinkles maybe) returned to nest from left side - made a shaky landing due to wind and small landing area because sibling was standing in same place - they beaked for several seconds - one laid down
with wings partly spread and Sprinkles is still standing at 9 oclock position.
Anyone know the "supposed" significance of the beaking practice?

Greta in Kansas

The link Judith (I think?) posted has a map with existing (green) & proposed (yellow) trails marked:
http://www.bettendorf.org/egov/docs/1317762688_353149.pdf

It also says:
"The Mississippi Riverfront Trail is progressing well. The project will connect the Riverfront Trail that ends near the I-74 Bridge now, to the Duck Creek Trail, that ends at State Street in Riverdale near the Alcoa Plant."

Mr. John says the trail near the nest is newly-completed, so I'm thinking it still appears on the map in yellow.

I posted 2 images in my public eagle FB album showing the area on Google maps and on the map I linked above. I circled the area where I THINK the nest is on each. Could some of you who live in or know the area confirm whether I have the nest location and the trail right?

(I tried to post these on Oma's Shutterfly site, but I can't figure out how to add photos, darnit!)

John Kinsey

OT++++++++++++++++++++=

Elizabeth --
What was that expression from a tv show many years back?

I think it went something like this:
"You don't sword fight with Zorro and you don't PS into the wind " !

Lucille B

Thanks John! I've missed watching "Our Eagles" and communicating with all of you! Hope all have been well and still enjoying this site! I, too, tried to check on the osprey with no luck. Also checked on the loons. My husband said that M/D loon was there earlier with the baby. He said it was so cute the way the M/D lifted its wing so the baby could get under it to rest. I wondered if the weather was either too cold or too hot or the baby just wanted to "snuggle." Now the nest is empty so I missed the action. When I checked in on "Our nest" two of "Our Babies/Juvies" were near the edge of the nest looking down into the tree. Have they done much branching today? I'm so glad we have the great still photos to look at when we can't see any of "Our Eagle Family" Great way to picture them on branches we can't see!
I have to give another shout out to Alcoa & Mr. John for those great pics and the great commentary we get almost every day (without all those ads that other sites contain)! I still can't get any sound. Is it just me or is the audio still not working?

John Kinsey

OT+++++++++++++++

Lucille - audio still out but they're ?
supposed to working on a fix.

Cherrycarol

Greta glad it's not just me & shuttlefly?/ lol FB is a lot easier. Im going over there tomorrow to see if I can find it.

Judith Hart

Carol, Are you going on the new road?

Cherrycarol

Im going to try to find the new walkway by Alcoa. Not sure where it is tho. Hopefully there r some signs, Im sure there r.

Oma Kyle

A couple of additional thoughts...

First off, I'm going to go out on a limb so to speak, but I feel that I need to share that I believe that creating a "membership list" on this blog of individuals to be included on a FB website is exclusionary at best. I for one opt for an open FB site or none at all. However if the vocal majority insists on creating a closed site, then PLEASE wait until the eaglets have fledged so that others reading thru the posts will not have to wade thru those detais...

Second, I believe that you will loose some older members among the regular posters who are not comfortable with creating their own FB page. To those individuals, let me try to reassure you that IF you are able to understand how to set up your security settings, your information will be safe....No need to publish your birthdate, hometown, or post a photo of yourself, etc. You can also create a screen name for use on the FB site rather than to use your own name. Also, Facebook gives you the ability to BLOCK someone who has made you uncomfortable and they will no longer be able to find you on FB or read your posts!

Finally, I agree that the ability to picture share on FB is amazing and likely the best reason for the group to go with that option. I really would prefer not to have to monitor the Shutterfly site which I created, but would be willing to continue doing so IF the vocal majority decides to remain on this site.

Thanks for listening....
Oma K

LaDean

Hey everyone. Well, I was in Davenport for a bit this weekend for my nephew's graduation party, and this morning, my mom, dad and I ventured over to Butterworth Parkway by the Captains Table and started looking for the tree and we found it! I captured a few pictures, but my camera just do it justice from that distance. I have the nest and it looks like 2 birds on the nest as you can make out 2 heads there. It was probably about 9:30 or 10am this morning. Once you pick it out, you can see the nest with your own eyes. The binoculars helped as well. It was very exciting. When we got back to their house, I pulled up the website so I can show them exactly what they were looking at and we see one of them eating a fish. Darn, we missed a food drop while we traveled home. On my way of town, I went to the Riverside park end of the trail that was mentioned and started to walk, but saw that it was going to be farther than I had time to go and it seemed to be going in the wrong direction than what I thought it would..lol Anyway, maybe in two weeks when I travel back again for my high school reunion.

And I'd love to be part of a FB group so I could post some of my pics. (and I'm getting a new camera before I head there again..lol)

Cherrycarol

John Are u going to do the fb account? . a couple names Alcoa eagle watchers,. Alcoa eagleholics, Alcoa eagle Family

LaDean

At the Riverdale Park ending, or so it looks like, there is a residential street. I didn't want to drive through the residential area, but wondered where the bike riders were going that passed me on the trail and didn't come back by me...so they had to have been going down that street farther, but it's not marked that it is the continuation. Might have to find out more.

Cherrycarol

Cheryl That is fine with me. John ok with u? John r u on fb? Thought I read u wern't. Cheryl said she has time to do it.

Greta in Kansas

Carol - go to the map link I posted here -- I think it's the yellow line just north of the nest area (if I've located it correctly). It looks like you could maybe get there from Bellingham Rd., off of State St.

Cherrycarol

La Dean let me no, Im going over tomorrow to try to find it. Did u see any signs?

LaDean

If you are coming from Bettendorf on State St, there is a sign for the Riverdale Park and about 10 parking spaces at the end of the trail. I first drove down that road past all the houses and it comes to a dead end. There is a cross street, but I didn't go down there, thinking, that can't be right. I didn't have alot of time as I had to get on the road back to Peoria. The map at the end of the trail says it is the end, and doesn't have any new portion posted on it. I watched some guy on his bike trying to figure it out, but he wasn't having any luck either. LOL Let me look at the link again.

Greta in Kansas

OT----------------

I agree with Oma that an open FB group would be best, but could also live with a closed one. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if anyone was abusive or anything on an "open" FB group, they could still be blocked from it, right? And with your FB settings tight, no one else in the group would be able to know who you really are, right?

LaDean

Okay...looking at that map, you would have to walk all the way down to the end of the street, across the railroad tracks, to the dead end, then walk to the right by the river. It did look to me like there was a path but you can't park down there, you would have to park all the way up by State St. It's all houses down that street. But it would work to walk or bike down there. Wasn't too far, maybe a few blocks in length.

Oma Kyle

Greta, just checked out your map on FB and you're good! Actually the map on the Bettendorf link on your post #67 is a poor one as it could mistakenly lead individuals to believe that Bettendorf IA is located across the Mississippi in East Moline IL ... If you discovered my post #64 that I left for Don, just zoom in on that first road to the left on the Alcoa property and focus down to the bottom part of the L; that's where you'll find the nest.

I also left you a message earlier in the week on one of the days that you were off the site....There's now a hotel accommodation on Arsenal Island, The Holiday Inn Rock Island, a bit pricier than some of the accommodations out by the Moline airport, but the location is ideal for your purposes...

Greta in Kansas

OT-----------
Carol, I think Cheryl said she'd be willing to set up a FB group.

Greta in Kansas

OT-----------
LOL, Carol, I see now you already saw Cheryl's post. ;-)

Cherrycarol

thanks La Dean

Greta in Kansas

OT-------------

Ooh, Oma, you are the the Best! It would be pretty cool to stay right at Arsenal Island! I'll have to check out just how pricey it is.

Also, Oma, I asked on FB if anyone knew why I didn't get your messages (I didn't get the one you just posted about, either). I have mine set so I should receive FB messages from "everyone." One friend (actually Jill from here) said this: "since she's not on your friend list and vise versa, she needs to message you at "(your username)@facebook.com"

Cherrycarol

Open is fine. I don't think we'll get any riff raff there. I don't think u can block them from an open one. The closed one u have to add names to it.

Oma Kyle

Greta, to the best of my knowledge, the person creating the FB site would be able to 'unfriend' any member or if that were not an option, then individual site members would be able to 'block' certain individual(s) and then no longer have to deal with seeing or being seen by that person on the FB site...

Greta in Kansas

Was that a fish delivery just now? Parent landed and I thought I saw a flash of silver. If there IS some new food on the nest, the eaglet at 1 o'clock is standing on it. OR -- one eaglet took off to the south or east just before the parent left -- could that one have grabbed the food? Anyone else see? Mine paused, so I can't rewind.

Oma Kyle

Greta, the last message I tried to send you via FB was on 6/6 and I sent it as a test message to see if it would go thru without an attachment (which my 4 previous messages contained)? When trying to message you, I basically pulled up your FB site by typing your name at the top of the FB onsite search engine and then selecting the message option. I've done the same thing and was able to send and receive messages from Jill & Mavis, so I'm clueless....:)

LaDean Spring

see a parent on the nest right now with a fish

LaDean Spring

Cherrycarol...I hope I helped. Good luck tomorrow!

Oma Kyle

Greta, you can try sending my husband Earl a message via FB...I know that he'll share it with me! ;)

John Kinsey

ET=====================

I rewound and didn't see any fish/food. The parent just made a quick touch and go.I didn't see the Eaglets move from their position.Maybe just a quick check in.

Now Parent is back with a fish and is just standing over it waiting for someone to claim it, Now Parent is starting to slowly eat fish to see if anyone's interested. I can ALMOST tell that the fish is a Mississippi River fish of some type.

Mavis

Cherrycarol, Colleen is probably our oldest poster and volunteered this morning to start the FB group page if we decided on it. I am all for it but I think Charles suggested we wait until tomorrow to decide everything as some of the group is not online or active over the weekend. It is 6:03 EDT and I am now reading post #53 that was posted at 3:54 so by the time everyone reads this..it may be old or mute news.

Great ideas..and I think FB is a good way for us as a group.

Mavis

Maisie..been wondering where you were! Glad you posted.

You are right..if you look at the photos Mr. John posted..the babies on the tree branches look as big as M/D !!

LaDean Spring

I do have to say I'm kind of kicking myself for not saying "sure dad, let's take the boat out there and get a good shot of the eagles". It was offered, but I didn't want him to have to go through all that work for me.

LaDean Spring

OMA...are you the one who posted the great pictures from the Captain's Table a few days ago? If so..thank you, it made it so much easier for me to spot the tree.
