We have sold a couple of hundred shirts since we added Alcoa EagleCam merchandise to the mix back in October (see link above, or below the Twitter feed). Each quarter we will distribute proceeds from those sales to two local charities. One is the Putnam Museum where Alcoa has a strong partnership of support for the STEM education outreach to students, and the other is River Action which promotes riverfront access and enhancement. Below is a pictures from the last couple of weeks as we presented a check for just over $500 to River Action. Each of those organizations received the same amount. We will make our next distribution following the first quarter of this year.
Pictured below are Bill Jahns from Creative Marketing (Creative Marketing runs the Alcoa EagleCam merchandise program), Kathy Wine from River Action and John Riches from Alcoa.
Thanks for all of your support of Alcoa EagleCam!
