Thanks for the update and all you do to try to keep the eagaholics happy.

TY Mr.John!

Bea Griffore

Good morning fellow eagleholics!

Thank you Mr. John! Now maybe people can try to be patient again for a little while longer. I don't think all people understand what it's like dealing with a river flood and how long it really takes to try to get back to normal afterwards. Fingers crossed here that the cams were not damaged! Goodness, there has been enough of that over the years so I'm hoping it's just a power thing that can easily be fixed.

Boy it's a chilly morning! 54° here and that's just crazy for July in Iowa. It feels good though. One more cup of coffee outside than back to the old grind. HAGDA!

I beg to differ, Bea! Too cold for my blood. I am scrambling around looking for my flannels, and debating whether to turn my furnace back on. That would be a first! In July! That strong NW wind is not helping matters. A very gradual warm-up is expected this week however, with the 80's coming back by the weekend. A good time to catch up with the laundry and housework that didn't get done last week.

Great to hear from you Mr. John! We are praying, as I am sure you are, that the cameras were not damaged by that lightning strike. We don't want you to have to go through all of that again like in the past. Maybe once power is restored they will just magically pop back on!

Bobbie.... thank you so much for the thoughtful words the other day.

Mavis... hope you are enjoying your hot, muggy weather still :) Maybe now would be a good time for a trip "up North" to see the nest!

Judith... What are you up to?

Hope you got all of your packing done, Bea. and thanks for the video of the eagle nest being moved. That was most interesting.

Have a great day!
