Alcoa Defense has been working with the U.S. Air Force to help improve the performance of its legacy fleet by upgrading older aluminum components with new, improved alloys that reduce maintenance and weight. During the Farnborough Air Show, Fred Latrash, vice president of business development for Alcoa Defense, shared how Alcoa is collaborating with the military to upgrade the F-15 Strike Eagle.
