The Ijams Nature Center, a park and wildlife sanctuary in Knoxville, has been working at local recycling drop-off centers for several months to promote recycling awareness. A group of AmeriCorps members recently teamed up with Ijams to distribute free recycling bins donated by Alcoa Recycling Company. More distribution events are planned in the coming months.
