“Let’s Tackle Recycling” in Heinz Field parking lots before the Steelers’ Jan. 15 playoff game! The Pennsylvania Resources Council (PRC) and its partners will continue the successful “Let’s Tackle Recycling” campaign to collect materials by distributing blue plastic bags to those entering six designated parking lots and staffing a “drop off” station outside the stadium. The campaign gathered nearly five tons of recyclables at Steelers games in December. “Let’s Tackle Recycling” is sponsored by PRC and the Alcoa Foundation in partnership with Alco Parking, City of Pittsburgh Environmental Services, Greenstar, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Sports & Exhibition Authority.
